It all begins with a collaboration with you to understand not only your logistical requirements, but also your aesthetic preferences and style. From there, we prepare and present a plan to create a distinctive, elegant and appropriately sophisticated event. We love doing this and we think you’ll love what we do.
We work closely with you to choose the appropriate setup. For larger events, it may include tents, furniture, seating, lighting/chandeliers, tablescape, linen and staging. For smaller events, some of these items may be appropriate, as well.
We provide delivery and pick up service, as well. And, we understand what’s at stake when the clock is ticking. Our logistics team ensures timely, accurate and secure delivery and pick up before and after your event.
We provide setup services for our event and décor services, as required.
We can supply and source everything from venue scouting to event tents, as well as furnishings, tablescapes, linens, and all the other things your event will require. We can also acquire or coordinate any AV or staging resources you may need.
From dramatic up-lighting graceful chandeliers, our lighting design and equipment will set the proper mood for a perfect event.
